As a social entrepreneur, I've spent a decade building and scaling learning experiences with limited resources, for people who didn't have to show up. No mandates, no grades, no promotions to dangle. I learned to treat motivation as a design output and inclusion as a precondition for impact, which makes the difference between learning that gets completed and learning that measurably changes behavior.

I've run co-design, usability studies, and mixed-methods learner research across EdTech, enterprise, higher ed, and health, including AI-powered learning experiences I've designed and tested from the ground up. I diagnose the right problem first and iterate with learner feedback until what gets built works.
